Service Usage

• You may use our virtual try‑on service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Accounts

• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Each try‑on consumes one credit. Credits are included in subscription plans.
• Credit Expiration: Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous billing period expire when your subscription renews.
• Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: When you change your subscription plan, your credits will reset to the new plan's credit amount. Any unused credits from the previous plan will be lost.
• Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, all remaining credits expire immediately upon cancellation.
• Credits do not accumulate across billing cycles - each billing period provides fresh credits equal to your plan's monthly allowance.
• Add-On Credits: Additional credits can be purchased as add-ons if you have an active subscription. Add-on credits expire when your subscription renews, just like subscription credits. Add-on credits cannot be purchased without an active subscription plan.

Content and Ownership

• You retain rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for providing the service.
• All app assets, code, and trademarks are owned by InstaBanana and its licensors.

Limitations

• Results are AI‑generated and may not be perfectly accurate.
• Service availability may be subject to maintenance and network conditions.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
