Refund Policy

We want you to love InstaBanana. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions and credit purchases in our SaaS product.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled by the account owner.
  • You can cancel anytime in your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Important: When you cancel your subscription, all remaining credits expire immediately and cannot be used or refunded.
  • If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service issue, contact support within 7 days and we'll review your case.

Credits

  • Credits are delivered instantly with your subscription and are non‑transferable.
  • Each try‑on consumes one credit. Used credits are non‑refundable.
  • Credit Reset Policy: Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous billing period expire automatically when your subscription renews.
  • Plan Changes: When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, your credits reset to the new plan's monthly allowance. Any unused credits from the previous plan are lost and cannot be refunded.
  • Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all remaining credits expire immediately and are not refundable.
  • Credits do not accumulate across billing cycles - each monthly billing period provides fresh credits equal to your plan's allowance.
  • For failed generations caused by our system, we may restore credits at our discretion.

Add-On Credits

  • Requirement: Add-on credits can only be purchased if you have an active subscription plan.
  • Add-on credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
  • Expiration: Add-on credits expire when your subscription renews (at the beginning of the next billing cycle). Unused add-on credits from the current billing period expire automatically when your subscription renews.
  • Add-on credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle - they are tied to your current subscription period.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, all unused add-on credits expire immediately and are not refundable.
  • Plan Changes: When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, add-on credits from the previous billing cycle are lost and cannot be refunded.
  • Add-on credits work in addition to your subscription's monthly credit allowance. Both types of credits follow the same expiration rules - they reset when your subscription renews.

Trials and Promotions

  • Free trials or promotional credits are provided "as‑is" and may be changed or discontinued.
  • Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Promotional or free trial credits follow the same expiration rules as paid subscription credits - they reset each billing cycle and do not accumulate.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be paused while the dispute is investigated. Contact us first so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
